Support for Home Educators in Ireland

Unfortunately there are no official sources of support for home educators in Ireland, a definite gap which should be addressed. Nor are there any voluntary agencies or groups who receive government support. These groups are run by unpaid volunteers who have no funding and operate on a shoestring.
The Home Education Network
The Home Education Network (H.E.N.) is THE support and lobby group for home
educators in Ireland. As well as raising the profile of home education in
Ireland, the H.E.N. produce a regular newsletter for members, arrange both
educational and social outings and provide opportunities for home educators to
meet and network.
