Certified Online/Home Study Courses
These are courses offered via home study, often in an online setting, which lead to recognised certification or qualifications. They are generally certified by national bodies in the area of study or by well established and well recognised organisations. For courses that lead to in-house or no certification see here.
ICS Learn
ICS options include course recognised by City & Guilds, the World Amateur Body Builders Association (Fitness Instructor) and the Royal Horticultural Society. Really aimed at adult learners, these courses will be of interest also to older children who are particularly interested in any of the subject areas offered, which include courses in areas like Animal Care, Health & Fitness, Fashion, Photography and Gardening.
